Fat Flush Water!

Fat flush water is a great way to kick start your weight loss or to help you get over a plateau. Here are some popular recipes.

APPLE CINNAMON FAT FLUSH

Boost your metabolism naturally with this ZERO CALORIE Detox Drink. Put down the diet sodas and crystal light and try this out for a week. You will drop weight and have TONS ON ENERGY! Sounds yummy!
Makes one big pitcher, re-fill water 3-4 times before replacing apples and cinnamon.

1 Apple thinly sliced (whatever your favorite is)
1 Cinnamon Stick
Drop apple slices in the bottom of the pitcher and then the cinnamon sticks, cover with ice about 1/2 way up then add water.
Let it sit in the fridge overnight.
Enjoy! 


Dr. Oz's Apple Cinnamon Water

Ingredients:
1 apple, sliced (organic is preferred)
1 cinnamon stick
5 – 7 slices of fresh ginger root, optional

Instructions:
Fill a 2 quart pitcher with filtered water
Add 1 apple sliced
Add 1 cinnamon stick
Add fresh ginger, optional
Allow to “steep” overnight and drink.
Refill 3-4 times with fresh water before you replace the ingredients


Strawberry-Lime-Cinnamon Water

5 sliced strawberries
1 lime, sliced
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 cups water

Steep overnight to fuse ingredients. Enjoy


FAT FLUSH WATER

If you can't have grapefruit, use lemon. If you can't find Tangerine, use an Orange.

You should drink at least three 8 oz glasses per day, they say the longer it sits, the better it tastes. You can eat them as well but they are intended as flavoring and still work, so that is a personal choice. The Vitamin C turns fat into fuel, the tangerine increases your sensitivity to insulin, and the cucumber makes you feel full. Try it for 10 days and see what you think! Ingredients per Pitcher Water 1 whole sliced grapefruit or lemon 1 tangerine or orange ½ cucumber, sliced 2 peppermint leaves or a small handful of any mint Ice – as much as you like Directions Wash grapefruit,or lemon 1 tangerine or orange ½ cucumber, sliced 2 peppermint leaves or a small handful of any mint Ice – as much as you like Directions Wash grapefruit, tangerine cucumber and peppermint leaves. Slice cucumber, grapefruit and tangerine (or peel). Combine all ingredients (fruits, vegetables, 8 oz water, and ice) into a large pitcher. Stir & Enjoy!

About Me

I have been asked over and over again if I have a Blog, so here goes nothing! My name is Amanda Harness and I am 32 years old. I have been married for 12 years and have a nine year old son, and a five year old daughter.

I have been slightly overweight most of my life, but the real weight came after I got married. I gained 20 pounds in the first year. A few years later and two kids later I was now 65 pounds overweight. I was miserable, depressed, and too lazy to make any changes.

Fast forward to the end of 2013, I had been watching a friend of mine on Facebook who seemed to be dropping pounds like crazy. She introduced me to Skinny Fiber. I wasn't sure I wanted to try another product since I have a whole medicine cabinet full of supplements that I had tried in the past. Finally after four months I decided to give it a try.

Within the first week I noticed that I actually craved water, this was huge, as I was a big soda drinker. At least six a day, and no water at all. Slowly I gave up soda all together. Within the next couple weeks my cravings for sugary carbs were gone too! It was great! No longer was I hiding my treats from my kids, I was actually eating food that I would serve them. Within 90 days I was down 23 pounds. My weight loss journey has just begun, but I am proud of how far I have come.
